AKD Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce the launch of the AKD Cash Fund. Initial Offering Period: January 19, 2012 to January 20, 2012 (both days inclusive). The objective of AKD Cash Fund (AKDCF) is to provide optimum returns consistent with minimal risk from a portfolio constituted of high quality short term securities/instruments, which will provide liquidity. The IPO AKD Cash Fund is suited for conservative investors with little tolerance for price volatility while ensuring liquidity, along with a regular return in line with on-going interest rates. The fund shall invest primarily in shorter duration government securities / instruments and money market securities / instruments having ratings of AA and above. There is no direct or indirect exposure to shares, term finance certificates and long-term debt instruments. The investors are advised in their own interest to carefully read the contents of Offering Document in particular the Investment Policies mentioned in clause 2.2, Risk Factors mentioned in clause 2.10, Taxation in clause 7 and Warnings in clause 11 before making any investment decision.
