Temporary waiver of Management Fee from AKD Cash Fund (AKDCF). AKD Investment Management Limited, in its pursuance to providing distinguished services to the Unit Holders had reduced Management Fee on the AKDCF from 1.25% to 0% from the launch of the fund till March 31, 2013. AKD Investment Management Limited has further decided to continue charging no management fee on AKDCF till its Net Assets reaches to Rs. 0.5 billion and thereafter Management Fee as per offering document i-e. 1.25% shall be charged.
