AKD Investment Management Limited (AKDIML) and Meezan Bank Ltd. (MBL) entered into a mutual agreement on June 26th 2008, under which MBL will provide technical services & support for Shari’ah Compliant Mutual Funds to be launched by AKDIML.

Under this agreement, MBL will act as Technical Consultants providing services related to Shari’ah Compliant Product conceptualization, Development and structuring, documentation along with research & training, , and financial structuring advisory to AKDIML.
